Brooke Estell - Chief Marketing Officer
Brooke is a multi-disciplinary marketing communications professional specializing in social and digital media, public relations and corporate communications. She has nearly a decade of experience working in various marketing environments from corporate law firms to financial services and most recently, e-commerce and retail spaces. A Kansas native and Jayhawk loyalist, Brooke graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in English and a Master of Science in Journalism - Integrated Marketing Communications. She’s a passionate storyteller with a love of culture, creativity and coffee.Jimmique Parsons : Chief Creative OfficerJimmique Parsons earned his Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication and Design from San Francisco State University in 2014 as well as a degree in Web Development in 2021 from Lambda School. He was recognized as the grand prize winner by world famous designer Marc Ecko for his Skillshare competition. He joined the team to further explore his passion for design. When he is not keeping busy with upcoming projects he enjoys spending time with his wife and child.
Steven Hooks Jr. - Chief Operating OfficerSteven is an ambitious entrepreneur committed to bridging the gap between design, culture and innovation through diverse business ventures in the retail, entertainment and fashion industries. From product conception to prelaunch and beyond, his goal is to take an idea and bring it to fruition in a creative and innovative way. Steven studied at the University of South Alabama, receiving a Bachelors in Administrative Sciences with a focus on Business Management, and Sociology.Marcus Frye - Chief Executive OfficerFounder & CEO of YPG, obtained his Master’s in Business Management from Baker University and his undergrad in Social Sciences at Kansas State University. In the last 12 years of his professional career, he has worked at two of the largest retail companies in the world. Within these organizations, his team was in charge of implementing solutions revolving around consumer experience, retail initiatives, diversity inclusion and talent acquisition.Marcus’ leadership style is inspired by the quote of the late Henry Ford, “A business that makes nothing but money, is a poor business.”
